Solution for Alternate Energy/Distributed Energy Resources (DER)

The AIS communicates with the DER controllers to monitor and control the power provided. With the high power, small footprint version of the AIS, it measures and reports power usage and power quality.
The AIS controls the DER equipment/interface and the energy path to from equipment and to/from the home or grid based on the automation algorithm entered. For example switching to the local power source when the Grid has to do some load shedding or not allowing dirty power into the home or onto the grid to possibly damage equipment.
Alternate/Green Energy features:
- Distributed Energy Sources (DER) Interfaces with alternate energy sources including solar, wind, batteries, electric vehicles, microgrids, and more
- Electric Vehicle (EV) option including automation
- Virtual Power Plant (VPP) option including automation
- Monitors and Controls energy sources during load shedding events and others
- Provides data on alternate power used by the home or business
- Provides data on power used for charging backup battery
- Provides data on alternate power returned to grid including the amount returned
- Monitors and reports on power quality from each source.
- Limits use of dirty power
- Complete system, at a lower cost to owner
- Multiple alternative revenue streams
- Affordable options for other countries
